Refund Policy

General Policy:

We strive to ensure all Clients have a rewarding experience. While we stand by the quality of our services , we understand that circumstances vary and offer a conditional refund policy to ensure fairness to all parties involved.

Eligibility for Refund:

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date and meet the terms of the specific service and/or product.

Refund requests must be accompanied by completed service work for at least the first two modules to demonstrate engagement with the service and training materials.

Requests made after the 7-day period or without accompanying completed service and training materials will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please email email@raghv.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and provide:

- Full Name
- Email Address used for the purchase
- Date of Purchase
- Completed service and training materials for at least the first two modules
- Reason for the refund request

Payment Processing:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Training Material Access:

Upon approval and processing of your refund, your access to the course materials, updates, and future content will be revoked.

Alternative Solutions:

Before requesting a refund, consider exploring alternative solutions with us, such as exchanges, credit towards future services, or additional support.

Disputes:

We urge you to communicate with our support team regarding any issues or concerns before initiating chargebacks with your bank or credit card company. We are here to assist you and resolve matters amicably. Uncommunicated chargebacks will be contested.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to alter this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your ongoing enrollment in the course following any amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
